A middle-east (Dubai) based fashion business is seeking a Sourcing Manager to be based in either Bangladesh or India.

About the Business:

A very large (>$1bn turnover) fashion business is building their Middle East footprint. They are looking for a talented and experienced Sourcing Manager (multi-product apparels) to join their business. Their ideal candidate will have experience in onboarding factories/suppliers in both India and Bangladesh

Sourcing Manager: The Role:

- Onboarding new factories/suppliers in India and Bangladesh. You will work alongside a wider team. You will have access to the the network of existing supplier/manufacturer base. You will be responsible to onboard factories to supply to the Middle-East.

- Manage all aspects of sourcing including negotiating prices, overseeing quality and timely delivery

- Building strong relationships with factories and make sure that orders are delivered at the right time, at the right price and at the right quality

-Educating factories on quality standards, processes and systems and build a transparent communication process between factories and buyers

Sourcing Manager: The Person:

The ideal candidate will:

- Have strong sourcing experience in Bangladesh and India

- Have supplier onboarding experience

- Have strong relationship management skills and problem solving skills

- Be customer focused and provide a good service to our buyers through expectation management and good delivery skills
