Our client is a brand licensing business with a footprint in the UK, USA and European markets. They are seeking a talented Sales Manager to sign up new accounts and manage them.
The brands already have a strong presence in the market, the key responsibility for the sales manager will be to expand into new accounts in the UK and Europe.
Sales manager: the role:
You will be responsible for growing existing customer accounts across branded kidswear and also constantly striving to introduce new accounts to the business. Key accounts include NEXT, Zalando, ASOS and TK Maxx.
While sales is your key objective, you will also be a key stakeholder to managing and developing the brand, communicate the image, build core lines along with the Design Director and cross functionally work with stakeholders.
You will be reporting directly to the MD, hence analytical and reporting skills will be valued.
Sales manager: the person:
You will be a bright and motivated sales professional with a strong background in BRAND SALES, ideally within kidswear. This will suit someone who is entrepreneurial and ambitious and has a strong network in the UK and Europe.
You will have a strong commercial track record in winning new business and growing existing accounts.
You could come from a kidswear brand or a brand licensing businesses, either way you would have had a strong sales and business development experience.
You will also have reporting skills, forecasting and budgeting experience.
