Assistant Merchandiser
Our client is a supplier of menswear to the UK and US retailers and brands. They are seeking a Assistant merchandiser to join their growing them. They are based in Central London.
Assistant Merchandiser: the role:
You will be responsible for:
- Raising POs
- Following up with factories and on ground staff on status updates during key stages of production
- Support a Senior Merchandiser in updating the critical path dataset
- Administrative support to the team
- Liaise with factories on delivery details
Assistant Merchandiser: the person:
The ideal candidate
- Will have some exposure to production within apparels ideally within the supplier side
- Will have an understanding of how the production process works
- Will be highly organised
- Will have excellent communication skills
- Will be solution focused
