Account Manager - Loungewear, Nightwear
The Company:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a large fashion business in Outer London, for the position of an Account Manager.
My client specialises multi product areas, selling into all major high street accounts including supermarkets (essential ranges). The account manager will be responsible for managing a select few high street accounts, working within a structured and commercial environment in a large organisation.
The Loungewear and Nightwear area of the business generates ~£20M turnover.
Sales Manager/Account Manager-the role:
The account manager will be responsible for
-Working closely with buyers on product development and concept
-Working closely with design and technical teams
-Working heavily with factories and managing the critical path, order management ensuring timely deliveries
-Presenting ranges to buyers and closing new orders
-Building strong relationships and identifying gaps in the market
Sales manager/Account Manager-the person:
The ideal candidate:
-Will be an experienced account manager/sales manager with loungewear/nightwear account management experience with strong product development, sourcing, negotiation and customer service skills
-Will have a strong commercial track record, sourcing the best products at best prices
-Will be passionate about product and fashion trends
-Will be a team player, be able to work cross functionally with design, production, merchandising functions
-Will build strong relationships with both suppliers and buyers
