Sales Manager - Fashion Apparels

A major supplier of multi-product apparels is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join their French business. They are a heavily design led business with deep roots into TIER 1 retailers all over Europe. The person will be managing their French customer base, key high street retailers in the region and growing these accounts. The role will suit someone with strong experience of selling apparels into high street retailers in the French market.

Sales Manager: The Role: 

• Working closely with buyers on all aspects of product development, costings and negotiations
• Always seeking business development opportunities and close any sales opportunities
• Managing and growing existing accounts
• Developing product with design team, presenting collections to buyers 
• Ensuring that production is in control, and execution of orders are going smoothly
• Working with design, technical and sales functions 
• Managing customer's expectations and providing top class customer service

Sales Manager: The Person: 

• Will be an experienced account manager/sales manager from the supplier side of fashion ideally with kidswear experience.
• Will have experience in working with high street retailers
• Will have strong communication skills and be experienced in working with factories in the far east 
• Will be organised and be able to take ownership of their account on a day to day basis
• Have strong connections with buyers on the high street
• Highly organised
• Effective communication skills

The role is home based in France.
