Licensed Apparel Designer - Ladies Fashion Outerwear

The Company

A large leading supplier is seeking a Ladieswear Graphic Designer (Licensed Apparels) to join their growing team. 

Ladieswear Designer – The Role

• To design trendy and fashionable ladieswear graphics in line with customer's requirements
• To design garments, placement prints/graphics, and other product embellishments according to customer briefs.
• Trend research, working closely with key high street retailers and supermarkets, working to briefs, designing commercial on-trend best-selling ranges and working with the overseas factories.
• To play a significant part in developing big ideas and innovation for each season through research of ongoing and future themes and launches of brands (licenses), competitor benchmarking and colour analysis.

Ladieswear Designer – The Candidate

• With a background in licensed apparels (ladieswear) you’ll be highly experienced in delivering exciting graphics designs and have a good understanding of garment and textile design.  
• Proven track record of producing best-selling graphics
• Highly experienced in Adobe Illustrator and a good understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communicator in the spoken and written word, with accuracy and great attention to detail.
• Ability to liaise with buyers and account managers
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Ability to work solo with minimal guidance as this role is 100% remote
• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
