Production Merchandiser
Our client is a large multinational manufacturer of woven and knitted garments (mens, ladies and kids) selling into the US, UK and European markets. They are seeking an experienced merchandiser to join their UK office in West London.
The role will suit someone from a garment manufacturing background.
Production Merchandiser: The Role:
You will be responsible for:
- Managing the critical path
- Order management from raising POs through to delivery
- Factory capacity planning, manage order flow through the season
- Administrative support to the team
- Support the Commercial team who will liaise with customers for prices and FOB delivery details
- Compile costing information
- Compile costing information, manage order book
- Keep the Commercial team informed on all technical and production issues
Production Merchandiser: The Person:
The ideal candidate
- Will be experienced in merchandising or production within garments ideally with a manufacturer
- Will have some experience in dealing with UK customers
- Will be highly organised
- Will have excellent communication skills
- Will be commercially switched on and savvy
- Will be able to troubleshoot any problem and be solution focused
