Wholesale Merchandiser / Production Coordinator

A large supplier of multi-product apparel, accessories and footwear is seeking a talented and experienced wholesale merchandiser/production coordinator to join their growing team in London.

Wholesale Merchandiser: the role:

You will be responsible for:

• Managing the production critical path 
• Order management from raising POs through to delivery
• Administrative support to the sales/commercial team
• Liaise with buyers for prices and FOB delivery details
• Compile costing information
• Compile costing information, manage order book
• Interface with buyers on all technical and production issues

Wholesale Merchandiser: the person:

The ideal candidate

• Will be experienced in merchandising or production within garments ideally within the supplier side
• Will have worked with UK buyers
• Will be organised
• Will have good communication skills
• Will be commercially switched on and savvy
• Will be able to troubleshoot production related problems and be solution focused

Although it is ideal to have some UK wholesale merchandising experience, we are keen to also hear from individuals (already in the UK) who have worked with factories in the far-east but may not necessarily have UK work experience.

Salary: Up to £40K per year
